On Monday, I was given the opportunity to go up to skid row with a group of families. We worked in the only children's shelter there. I was able to interact with these kids for over 3 hours. It was intense. Like these are the poor of the poor in the US...
I loved it. I love working with kids. Period. The kids were so sweet and amazing. I just know that I am called to youth ministry. I have NO idea whether itll b somewhere in Surburbia, the ghetto, the village. I dont know if it'll by domestic or international. But I can't wait. =)

I'm so happy you had a great time, Josh. Skid Row IS intense... but it was so encouraging to see you pouring out yourself to those kids! I can totally see the Lord calling you to do something like this in the future!
