Today...

Today I went shopping with one of my gps for my birthday. One of the things I got as this sweet airsoft mask thats totally intimidating. SO i take it home , open it , and learn that I have to put the elastic on to hold it to my head. I'm like "ok, thats reasonable with directions." However, theres a problem. The directions are in FRENCH. I mean really? Its sold in America. I mean Spanish would be fine, I can read that, but french?!?!?

ps-I have 1524 Messages in my e-mail account.

Congrats

Today was lego's 50th anniversary.

In other news,

I gave my testimony to the All-Stars Coaches Meeting. It was interesting. About 60 people. Some I knew rather well, others Ive never seen. I was nervous, but it went well.
I also started High school spanish again at Rosetta Stone. It is a long story that doesn't makesense, but it just means I'm bored.

Weekend

This weekend was awesome. Friday I hung with one of my best friends. Saturday, I had karate, then church, then juno. Sunday was good. I played this online game with the afore mentioned friend for 3 hours. It was awesome.

Juno was pretty good. Funny, but unless you are also going because you have friends, then don’t pay 9 bucks. Still good tho. Really uncomftable seating tho. In the very firt row we had 3 ppl in 2 seats, but in the second row we had 5 ppl in 3 seats. It was squished. And painful for the ppl on the end.

Online games are not a big hobby of mine, but there is this really sweet one that I just started playing. It’s really strategic and complex, but super fun.

This week is going to be hectic, so I won’t be blogging a lot.

What If?

What If?

We tried to love everyone?
We listened?
We cared?
WHAT IF?
There was no poverty?
No Racism?
No more curable diseases?
No unjust wars?
No more abortions?

What If?
We lived what we believed?
We helped others live that way?
 They started doing the same?
What If...

Just another reason I like my school

My school office was closed today because it is the first day of the semester, so my mocktrial team went to the spectrum and hung out. It was much more fun than just going to the computer lab.

And yes we did do a little school. But teams need to bond, rite? I mean you can only study so hard, but hanging out brings the team closer together.

haha
:D

Last Nite

we played Newport Harbor.
As prosecution, we got Alex Convicted of First Degree Murder

We also won points wise!

The New Inheritance Cycle Title Is...

BRISINGR. It's an old norse word. The cover features a gold dragon. In addition, the first printing will be over 2 million copies.  I'm a Eragon, and Eldest so itll b interessting to see if this one is good.

It's interesting because most ppl believed that the third book would be named Empire, with a green dragon.  That musta changed when it became the Inheritance Cycle instead Of Trilogy.

Reflection

Read these within the last week and loved reflecting on them.

Mocktrial I

I am innocent!

Proven innocent with a crack team of lawyers and witnesses!

We won! We all did awesome!
We beat Segerstrom High school.

We are rated 1-5 by attorney evaluators.
I got two 4s as well as all our witnesses with the exception on Stevie who got a 5.

As per request: Here is the breakdown of the case.
I am Pacific Coast's Blue Alex Palmer and Detective Dana Brown.

People v. Palmer
People v. Palmer is the trial of Alex Palmer, an ex-employee of a famous television producer, who is alleged to have murdered his former employer Jes Markson. The defendant is charged with one count of first degree murder.
The prosecution alleges that Alex was angry with Jes whom he believed took Alex's script to develop a new successful television show. The prosecution further alleges that Alex confronted Jes the evening of Jes's celebtory dinner party. After the confrontation, the prosecution alleges Alex waited until the guests left the party, entered Jes's mansion, and shot Jes with an antique gun.
The defense will argue that Alex did not have an antique gun, was not in the neighborhood at the time the murder occurred, and that numerous other individuals might want to see Jes dead. The defense and prosecution will each present witnesses, expert testimony, and physical evidence to support their arguments.
Prosecution Witness:
Detective Dana Brown - Detective, Hollywood Police Department, investigator
Carter Cravin - Catering business owner
London Desmond- actor
Dr. Lee Stark - Senior crime scene analyst, LA Science Lab

Defense Witness:
Alex Palmer- unemployed stunt actor
Stevie Ricco - Motion picture studio executive
Adrian Chase- publicist
Dr.J.B Shrute-Expert Witness

Copeland

Anyone have any favorite Copeland songs?

I was listening and like them, but I can't pick one particular song.

suggestions?

New Years?

I got to go to central park.
My view:

Ok, that really wasn't my view.

I was going to go to the Raise Your Voice party at church, but I didn't know anyone else was going till too late...
I went to the rsm city party/celebration thingy. My friend joshd and I went to baja fresh, then walked over to central park. It was reall crowded. They had all these sweet blow up things. We got to do most of them.
We
  • Flipped over on the obstacle course. So much fun.
  • Pwned elementary kids in laser tag. Oh, yessss
  • Saw 3 kids from the edge. :-D
  • Did an adult round of king of the hill
  • Got free Baja fresh burritos at the end.
Then I went home and watched the ABC countdown till 1.
The freshmen girls next door made all the noise so I didn't have to bang or blow anything loud. :D

Wow...

I just looked at my stats and I'm amazed at how many people read my little blog...

On a different note, what is the point of blogs?

rambling?
telling about life?
or is there a bigger purpose?

*Update*
Click here to read the thoughts of the first blogger. Pretty interesting.
